The sigils is used to structure energy/concepts and confine it to a specific plain to control its area of effect.
It's made to use with Radionics/Psionic transmitters, software etc. but isn't limited to it, you can for example use it with a sigil to confine it to the mental field and effect you more like subliminal messaging.
