That's few thing that come in my mind with this topic while brainstorming I know it's a lot for a sigils

Yes Dreamweaver has the audio but this will be an image/sigil
That will be great as you can just print it out and laminate a wallet size and just
feel the feel the muscles grow and feel strong and motivated to out the work in.
I like it.

I honestly didn't get that much result with those video that cover this topic + there's a limit of 3 run by day

aka Super muscle growth, super metabolism, stomach shrinking but there's some good review with 700k+ view so it must produce something good for some people

His sigil work and charged item has a better effect with me, there's always the risk to lose the charged item so a sigil while be safer on that purpose

So far after a week of wearing the sigil in pocket I can say ..

Improvement toward cold weather, really, it's winter in here, and no freezing sensation with long exposure outside.

I have few glimpses during the day happening out of no where making me visualise my work-out and wishing to do it.


Question for Blaze: Is this sigils mainly suggestions or it contain energy? (venus, mars etc?)

Almost all of my sigils contains a combination of both.

For this sigil I used the following energies during programming:
Planetary - Earth, Sun
Crystals - Carnelian, Bloodstone
And Elemental Water

It does however rely primarily on intent.
